Will You
Will You
Will you miss me when I am not around
Will you look for me when I can’t be found
Do you smile with remembrance
The secret jokes we shared
And lighten up even your darkest mood.
When you close your eyes
Do you see our reflection
Holding hands amidst the rain and storm
I wish you do, I wish you do
Cause if not, I’d surely be hurt
Because the world will be so lonesome
Without your smiling face

Mamang Mailap
Mamang Mailap
Mamang mailap
Ngiti mong kayhirap mahagilap
Sa tuwina’y hinahanap
Kasama ng nakakatunaw mong sulyap
Mamang mailap
Tuwing sa iyo’y napapalapit
Puso’y kumakabog
Di mapakali at namimilipit
Mamang mailap
Kelan papawiin sa puso ang pananabik
Hinihintay ng mga labi
Ang mga halik mong walang kasing init
Mamang mailap
Sana’y mapansin mo na
Pagiging mailap, sana’y iwasan na
Nang ang puso’y lumigaya

The Things I Miss Most
Warmth embrace
Tickles and giggles
Childish fights and tantrums
Loud voices that fill the house
These are the things I miss most
When you are not here

Winter Time
Red orange leaves of the trees
Blown by the wind, now scattered on the ground
Beautiful scenery of snow covered mountain
Seen only on winter time.
Softly falling raindrops
Even when the sun is peeking over the mountain
I dreams of these
Every winter time comes
Merry Christmas everyone
May you and your family have a blessed Christmas season
and a prosperous New Year ahaed

A City Life Or The Country Side?
I love the lights at night
That brightens the street
Where lovers enjoy a leisurely walk
Like there’s nobody else
I love the malls
Because there are so many stalls
Where displays big and small
Entice the shoppers to spend more and more
But I also love the ricefields in the country
Where I can wake up to the sound of the birds singing
Smell and breathe the fresh air
Instead of vehicles’ honking horns
I like to plant flowers
And watch the trees grow
Bear fruits to pick up as they ripen
And enjoy the setting sun
The lively city where silence is elusive?
Or the countryside’s fresh life?
Which one will it be?
For someone like me.
